How do I know what my size is?
Each product is clearly marked in the description which size it is. For all bottoms, we often measure the bottom piece completely to avoid returns. Please look carefully at this description so that you only buy it if it fits.
How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here in the Netherlands take 2-3 working days to ship. Deliveries abroad may take 2-4 days to ship. You will receive the delivery details in your confirmation e-mail.
How can I return my order?
Returns are not allowed. Unless you are really not satisfied with the purchase of your product, you can send an e-mail to: info@ysabelstudios.com
We will then look for a solution together!
